2 - How long does it take to download the files?
This answer varies depending on what speed your modem is. Most of the files are around 100MB. If you use a cable modem the files should take approximately 10 - 20 minutes. You can figure your time based on the cable modem time. Again we can't guarantee a certain speed for everyone. All files are downloaded from our high speed servers.

8 - Why do I get a corrupt or invalid file message when trying to play file?
First make sure that you have downloaded the entire file. If your ISP disconnects during the download you would need to download it again. A good way to make sure you have the entire file is to check to see how many MB you are receiving from the download and then compare it with the file on your computer after it's downloaded. If the size is not the same then you didn't receive the entire file....go back and re-download the clip. If this still doesn't work then check and make sure you do not have NORTON Anti-Virus running during the download. This should solve the problem.

10 - Can I watch the videos while they are downloading?
Yes, you can, but we recommend that you do not. Most of our video clips are encoded at a relatively high bitrate and will probably be jumpy and pause during the download. We recommend that you use the "Save target as..." option when downloading the video clips and then open and view them after the download has completed.

11 - When I download the video clips or picture sets to my computer, where do they go?
When you go to the download area to download a file just right-click on the video file and then select the "Save target as...." option. When the download dialog window appears select the "Save" option. At this time you can select where you wish your downloads to be placed and you may also rename the file if you wish. We caution you to make note of the directory where you are placing your file so you can retrieve and view them at a later time. If you misplace or forget your username and password to download a purchased video clip, you can retrieve the username and password by visiting the billing customer area.
